CTM is seeking a part-time C++ developer


In order to extend products based on our CTM FoxTrot™ retrieval engine, we are seeking to hire a part-time C/C++ developer comfortable with client/server application development (TCP/IP sockets, multi-threading) as well as writing for Windows XP or Mac OS X platforms.

The following skills would be a plus:

- Linux development experience
- usage and creation of open source libraries
- Objective C and/or C# languages
- .NET, Cocoa and/or PowerPlant frameworks

FoxTrot crawler/importer open source components

This package contains what developers need to get extend FoxTrot to support additional document types. (December 8th 2006 - updated for FoxTrot 1.2 and GCC 4)


FoxTrot core engine SDK

Developers interested in including high performance, cross-platform find-by content into their own applications can license the FoxTrot core engine SDK, a C/C++ library for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

Evolving since 2003, the FoxTrot core engine is robust, compact and field proven; it has been commercially deployed in over 40 countries for e-mail indexing within PowerMail versions 4 (Mac OS 9 and X) and 5 (Mac OS X)
